Static Shock is an animated series created by Warner Bros. for the now defunct Kids WB! block. The show centers on Virgil, a teenager who once lived a normal life until being exposed to a mutagen and as a result, gained superpowers that allowed him to control electricity and magnetism. With these new founded powers, he decided to undergo a superhero alias named "Static". Static Shock premiered on Kids WB in 2000-2004, and reran on Cartoon Network from September 27, 2004-October 13, 2006.
